The Potomac Chapter ISEE, Inc was chartered in 1977. Our goal is to provide a forum to our membership where we can provide and exchange information about the drilling and blasting industry while keeping up to date with all State and Federal regulations. The primary States involved with our membership are MD, PA, VA and WV. If you are a current Chapter member and have either a photo or video related to our industry that you would like to share with our Chapter membership, please give them to any Board member. The Potomac Chapter ISEE presented the “Lifetime Membership Honor & Ring” to Jim McKeever, left, President of JEMCO Inc. & Dave Miller, founder of Seismic Surveys, at the Potomac Chapter ISEE 29th Bi-Annual Blasters Educational Seminar. Congratulations to both & Thank You Very much for your many years of service to the Potomac Chapter!!

Master Blaster Paul Shuyler was honored at the PC 29th Bi-Annual Blasters Educational Seminar with the presentation of a Plaque to Paul’s Wife, Jane. The plaque was presented left to right by Doug Everhart, Mel Fletcher & Rick Henry. Rick was one of Paul’s closest friends & was asked by Paul to load his ashes into a blast hole & detonate them. Paul Shuyler will never be forgotten by his many co-workers & friends!!
