The Society has chartered 37 Chapters in the United States, Canada, and South America. ISEE members may belong to any Chapter they choose or no Chapter at all. Chapters enable members to communicate and interact with other blasters in their area, participate in programs that will enhance their professional development, and contribute to the public understanding of how explosives benefit today’s society. Each Chapter is governed by its own officers and directors and subject to its own Constitution as well as the Constitution of the Society.
