Our members that regularly attend Potomac Chapter functions reside in a wide area to include Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. Each of these states are re-opening from the COVID-19 closures in varying degrees and schedules. Due to our overwhelming concern for the safety of each individual member, the Board of Directors has elected to make the following changes to our scheduled events.


June 11, 2020 Quarterly Training Meeting has been cancelled. Re-scheduling is not anticipated.

Membership Voting. As part of the June 11 meeting, membership is allowed to vote for candidates that are to fill positions within the Board of Directors (BOD), where those positions are vacated or have reached their term. The BOD has elected to fulfill this necessary voting through email correspondence to each member. We will utilize your email address on file for this purpose. Please keep a watchful eye on your email in the upcoming weeks and follow the directions provided within the email to ensure your vote is counted.

All remaining events for the calendar year will remain as scheduled for the time-being. You can click on the Calendar of Events at the top of our webpage for information on all of our scheduled events and those industry events that we are made aware of. Just click on any event listed for a full description to include locations and times.
